We specialise in professional remedial massage, to address musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction. If you find massage helps you to unravel knots and tension in the body, remedial is for you.
Our techniques include myofascial release, trigger point, joint mobilisation, muscle energy techniques, cupping and taping.
Health fund receipts are available if you are covered by private health.
Our practitioners are registered as Home Care Package providers.
Myotherapy $120 per hour
Myotherapy integrates exercise and movement plans into your manual therapy care. We are able to offer a larger range of care modalities including dry needling. However, the aim of myotherapy care will be to ensure you are also able to move well. We believe this is how to get the best out life.
We can provide injury management plans that focus on long term musculoskeletal health, as well as a short term reduction of pain.
